Ronald Pippin continues to do an excellent job of updating the SEC Disclosures Checklists book, which is one of the few reference books that I keep close at hand. This massive text includes a broad array of sample disclosures for every conceivable item - from standard financial statement items to more esoteric ones, such as specialized industries, revenue recognition, business combinations, and Sarbanes-Oxley disclosures. If you are issuing financial reports for a public company, then this book is a mandatory part of your reference library. Hopefully, Mr. Pippin will continue to produce this useful volume for many years to come.
