William D. Mitchell of Mitchell Law Group, is a frequent lecturer on employment law, employee benefits, and estate planning. A co-author of several books and articles, Mr. Mitchell received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Washington, an M.A. in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley, a J.D. from the University of California at Berkeley, and an M.A. in Taxation from Georgetowm University.

Mr. Mitchell has been an adjunct professor at the University of South Florida, has been listed in Who's Who in America, and has an "av" rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He has been designated a leading Florida attorney in employee benefits.
