Susan Flax Posner received her LL.M. in taxation from The George Washington University National Law Center and served as a law clerk to Judge Irene F. Scott, U.S. Tax Court, for two years. Ms. Posner co-authored Tax Planning Strategies and Taxation of Investments. Ms. Posner currently writes a monthly newsletter for CCH entitled "The Federal Tax Course Letter" as well as a publication entitled Federal Tax Course--A Guide for the Tax Practitioner also for CCH. She also wrote Taxation of Investments Handbook. She is a graduate of McGill University and University of Baltimore Law School. She has practiced law in Washington, D.C. and in Baltimore, Maryland.
