Bill Sipes is president of Sipes & Associates, Inc. CPAs, a Jackson, Tennessee firm specializing in business valuation and litigation support. He has valued nearly 100 commercial entities -- from corporations to professional practices. He has been qualified as an expert witness by courts and is also an arbitrator for commercial damages with the American Arbitration Association. Sipes has authored several articles, and has taught more than 100 classes in the use of valuation software. He has been quoted by the Wall Street Journal in an article concerning valuation after the death of a partner in a business.

Mr. Sipes has been a practicing CPA for more than 25 years, and is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the AICPA and a Business Valuator Accredited for Litigation (BVAL) by the Institute of Business Appraisers. Sipes served as a member of the Tennessee State Board of Accountancy from 1995 to 2000.
