Understanding your Two-Step search results

When you display your search results "by Document," Two-Step Search will retrieve the top documents for CCH Tax Research NetWork, CCH TAXEssentials, CCH Solutions, and U.S. Master Tax Guide Plus users that contain all the search terms you typed as well as related terms from CCH's legal thesaurus. Your results will be automatically ranked by relevancy with the best matches first. Also, along with the titles of the documents your search retrieved, your Search Results List will contain the words surrounding the first occurrence of your search term or terms. You can also display your search results "by Table of Contents." See Displaying your search results by table of contents.

If you change Search Tools or Search Preferences, these changes will apply to the Two-Step Search as well.
