Changing your password

To change your password:

• From the Tax Research Network (TRN) login page, click the Change your password link.

• Enter your current user ID and password in the Log In section.

• Enter your new password in both boxes displayed.

• Click Submit. Your password is now changed.

If you are currently using Login Express and/or the TRN Express Toolbar to access TRN, you will also need to change your password in both Login Express and TRN Express options.

To save your password between sessions:

• If you want the system to remember your password between sessions so that you won't need to re-enter it, check Remember my password on this computer on the Log In screen.

If you forget your password, click the e-mail Customer Support link to send a note directly to CCH. You can also use the look up feature by clicking on Look it up yourself. Follow the onscreen instructions.
