Before you can install CCH@Hand, you must have the required operating system, which includes the .Net framework, installed on your desktop. If you try and install CCH@Hand without the necessary requirements, the system displays an error message telling you what is missing.
For more information about CCH@Hand, go to http://athand.cch.com.
Provided you have all of the necessary operating
system requirements, you can install CCH@Hand and use the login features
it provides (e.g., Quick Launch, System Tray, and Desktop Login icons).
Remember that when you install CCH@Hand, it replaces Login Express. To
use the research features included in CCH@Hand, you must have the Microsoft
Office 2003 suite installed on your desktop.

Downloading and Installing CCH@Hand
To download and install the desktop tools, click the InstallCCH@Hand link on the Log In screen or the My CCH tab and follow the onscreen instructions. You can also go to http://athand.cch.com. If you need help using the CCH@Hand tools, click the Show Me or Help links provided within CCH@Hand to display an interactive demo or online Help system for your needs.
