Limitations on Use of Profile Information by CCHThe CCH Community for tax, accounting and audit professionals is intended to promote the free exchange of information and networking between Community members. In order to maximize this:
- CCH will not use your Community “General” profile or registration information for marketing or sales communications.
- CCH does not have access to your Community “Social” profile information
- You may edit, update or remove your profile information at any time by logging in to the Community and visiting your profile pages or by contacting CCH.
Access by Public and Community Members to Information You Provide
The CCH Community provides discussion threads, message boards, blogs and other public forums for exchanging information and social networking. Information, content and materials you provide on the Community, including Profile information you make public, will be available to other Community members and/or the general public, will not be private, and may be disclosed to or used by third parties without your consent or knowledge.
CCH’s Right to Re-Use Information Provided on Community
Information, content and materials on the Community may be reproduced, reused or published by CCH in other formats or on other websites, internet media, or channels.
