In particular, we prefer analysis of new laws, cases, rulings, regulations and areas of tax controversy in which the author presents his or her opinion concerning the validity, significance and/or impact of the question at issue, along with innovative tax planning ideas or strategies. The editor will review all articles and contact the author regarding suitability for publication. No compensation is provided for published articles. The magazine reserves the right to condition acceptance of an article upon revision of the article to conform to the magazine's guidelines.
