1. be approximately 6500 words in length; 
2. use footnotes; and 
3. follow Blue Book (Uniform System of Citation, 17th ed.) style. A hard copy of the article along with an electronic version (either on diskette or via e-mail) may be submitted to the Journal’s Editor-in-Chief:
