Arthur H. Kroll is Chairman and CEO of KST Consulting Group, Inc., based in Hartsdale, New York. Mr. Kroll is a nationally recognized expert in retirement planning, family owned businesses, executive compensation, and employee benefits. He is the author of a CCH treatise, Compensating Executives, and a frequent author and lecturer in the areas of executive compensation, estate planning, special problems for family owned businesses and other topics. Mr. Kroll provides compensation services to CEOs and other high net worth individuals as well as compensation committees. Mr. Kroll is an adjunct professor at the Baruch School of Business in New York teaching deferred compensation.
