Course Format Options (definitions and requirements)
Single-client Training (1-on-1) (On-site and Web-based)
On-site
An excellent option for firm's that would like a product expert to come to your office and work face-to-face with your staff. Interact live with a product expert/consultant to cover course material.
On-site consulting fees are based on per day charge plus travel expenses. Most have a 2-day minimum requirement. Work with your Account Representative to build a schedule that will satisfy the time requirement to meet your firm's needs.
Web-based
An economical alternative to our On-site option that still provides one-on-one training for your firm. Interact live with a product expert/consultant to cover course material online, and follow along as the consultant shares their desktop with you.
A speakerphone that is able to project the consultant's voice, as well as project attendee's questions, is required.
A computer connected to a Projector, and a high speed Internet connection, is required. This computer will be used to display the consultant's machine to the attendees.
Example: A typical setup for a Web-based 10-person event would be as follows. All attendees sitting in a conference room with their own machines, an additional machine dedicated to the Internet projecting the consultant's screen, and a speakerphone available for consultant and attendees to communicate during the course.
Multi-client Training (MTS) (Web-based)
Multiple firms will participate in MTS courses. In order to serve all of our clients in the most cost-effective manner, we offer some of our courses in this group forum. An MTS might be a best value when you need to train four or fewer of your staff. Interact live with a consultant to cover course material online and follow along as the consultant shares their desktop with you. An additional benefit of an MTS course is the ability to hear questions and comments from other firms and attendees.
MTS courses my be cancelled due to lack of minimum registrations required. Refer to the Scheduling section in these Policies for more detail.
Community and Regional Seminars
Multiple firms will participate in Regional and Community Seminars. This is a best value for firms that want to stay on top of productivity and workflow processes.
Fees do not include travel expenses that will be incurred by the firm.
