Robert S. Keebler, CPA, M.S.T., DEP
Robert S. Keebler, is a partner with Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP and chair of the firm’s Estate and Financial Planning Group. His practice includes family wealth transfer and preservation planning, charitable giving, retirement distribution planning, and estate administration. Bob frequently represents clients before the National Office of the Internal Revenue Service in the private letter ruling process and in estate, gift and income tax examinations and appeals.
Bob is a nationally recognized expert in estate and retirement planning and he works collaboratively with other experts on academic reviews and papers and client matters. He is often quoted in national publications and is frequent speaker for legal, accounting and financial planning groups throughout the United States and he is the author of more than 75 articles and columns and is the editor, author, or co-author of many books and treatises on wealth transfer and taxation. Bob is also a featured columnist in CCH’s TAXES: The Tax Magazine and a member of CCH’s Financial and Estate Planning Advisory Board. |

Michael Gershon, CPA, MST
Michael Gershon, is the tax director for Konigsberg Wolf & Co., P.C. For almost 15 years, he has been actively involved in providing tax compliance, planning and advisory services to both domestic and foreign corporations, partnerships and individuals.
During his tenure with the firm, Mr. Gershon has focused his efforts in the areas of corporate and individual tax planning, mergers and acquisitions and wealth transfer planning. His client roster includes privately held companies and high net worth individuals operating in the real estate, manufacturing, distribution, textile and apparel, and service industries. He specializes in providing tax planning to entrepreneurs and their companies whose business revenue base is between $5 million and $100 million dollars.
Mr. Gershon is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Gershon received his B.S. degree in computer science from Northwestern University, an M.S. in taxation, and an M.B.A. in public accounting from Fordham University. |
