Barry MacQuarrie, CPA is the Director of Technology Solutions for KAF Consulting Group. In addition, he is the CIO for an affiliated company, XCM Solutions, which has developed outsourcing and workflow solutions for CPA firms. Barry has extensive experience working with technologies used by CPA firms including paperless office solutions, workflow applications and document management software. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) for whom he serves on the AICPA Information Technology Executive Committee. Barry is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA), and has been a speaker on the topics of the Paperless Office, Disaster Recovery Planning and CPA Firm Technologies for the AICPA, the MSCPA, CCH Incorporated, JHI and various CPA associations.

David Bergstein, CPA, CCH Consumer Products
David Bergstein, CPA, is the Business Development Manager for CCH Consumer Products. Mr. Bergstein focuses on providing CPAs and corporations with tools to generate new revenue streams through self-service applications on the Internet. Prior to CCH, David was Vice President of Sales and Marketing and part of a strategic team that opened up the U.S. marketplace to Acctrak21. He is well known as a speaker and trainer in the field of utilizing new technology to improve the efficiency of operations in tax, accounting, practice management, and general operations of the accounting process. He is an active member of the FICPA and presently serving on three committees including the Business Technology section.
