- Microsoft® Windows 2000 / XP Home / XP Pro / Vista
- Optimal Internet connection: DSL, Cable or other Broadband
- Microsoft® Internet Explorer 6.0 or 7.0
- For optimal viewing in IntelliConnect, set your screen display resolution to a minimum or 1024 x 768. For instructions on how to do this, please refer to your operating system's Help.
- JavaScript and Cookies enabled in the browser
- Enable pop-ups for the IntelliConnect domain
