Encryption – Global fx requires 128bit encryption for all communication between the client workstation and the Global fx servers. In addition to 128bit encryption, Global fx uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to ensure data is secure when traversing over the Internet.
Firewalls – Global fx uses firewalls to prevent unauthorized access to the Global fx network. For offices that have firewalls or routers, the only configuration needed is to have specific ports open for outbound requests and inbound replies.
Anti-Virus Protection – The latest anti-virus software is implemented with Global fx. All files are scanned using the latest virus definitions provided by the anti-virus software vendor. Virus threats are monitored to assure data is kept safe from virus attacks. The Global Time Entry module allows you to key time from any location with an Internet connection.
