Learn How Today’s Economic Uncertainty can be a Boon for You and Your Firm

Individuals are facing a myriad of tough economic situations – market uncertainty, declines in investment and housing values – while estate and gift tax rules are at historic pro-taxpayer levels. They are looking for a place to turn for sound economic advice to help with estate and financial planning decisions now and into the future.

Tax and financial professionals can play an active role in working with their clients to navigate the current level of financial distress and uncertainty while also planning ahead to make the best use of current tax law, stimulus packages, and the potential reaction to the upcoming 2001 EGTRRA phase outs.

Your clients need you and are counting on you now more than ever. If there has ever been time to be your clients’ trusted adviser and hero, it is now. Tax and financial professionals should be in contact with every client to revisit tax strategies, estate plans and wills, investment and retirement plans, and education savings plans in an effort to minimize the impact of the current economic state and regain some stability moving forward.

This timely two-hour seminar on Tuesday, March 31, will provide practical advice to share with your clients and more than a dozen timely ideas to add to your advisor toolkit for today’s tough times. A panel of top experts, Sidney Kess, CPA, J.D., LL.M., Steve Siegel, J.D., LL.M., Jacqueline Patterson, J.D., MBT, CPA, and Daniel Daniels, J.D., will provide practical tax, financial and estate planning ideas and solutions to help your clients cope with today’s turbulent environment, while offering approaches to limit risk, increase safety, and maximize their overall financial situation. Time will be provided for you to ask your most pressing questions directly to our distinguished panel via phone or e-mail during the presentation.
