Learn Why “Mid-Sized” Estates Need Planning Help – and Which Techniques to Deploy to Achieve the Greatest Tax Benefit

With the April 15th filing deadline a recent memory, now is the time to stay in touch with your clients by talking to them about estate planning opportunities. There are those individuals and families out there with good-sized estates (clients with total assets of between $3.5 to $7 million) that could benefit from strategic planning, but think that estate planning is reserved only for the ultra wealthy and their “large” estates. As a way to profit your clients and your firm, you need to demonstrate that your clients’ estates are big enough to take advantage of numerous tax savings tools and wealth protection and preservation approaches geared for medium-sized estates. In fact, with today’s low interest rates, continuing stock market volatility, and estate and gift tax rules at historic pro-taxpayer levels, it has never been more important than right now for you to advise your clients on estate planning matters.

This two-hour audio seminar on Thursday, June 18, presented by noted estate planner, author and educator, Steven G. Siegel, J.D., LL.M, will arm you with the knowledge to help you effectively advise your clients on important estate planning issues and considerations. This insightful and convenient program goes beyond the basics of estate planning and will give you and your staff a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities that arise from intermediate-sized estates. Siegel, an outstanding speaker and presenter, will provide helpful tips and practical suggestions, so you can advise your clients with confidence. All accountants, attorneys and financial planners who advise clients on tax and estate planning and wealth management matters will benefit from this practice-oriented seminar.
