Be a Hero to Your Clients with Tax-Savings Ideas to Implement Before Year-End

While tax planning is a year-round process, year-end tax planning presents important tax saving opportunities and demands special attention by trusted tax and financial advisors. This is especially so this year. Is the approaching end of 2009 another year for “business as usual” with respect to year-end tax planning, or is this a special time, given the likelihood (or at least the possibility) of fundamental change in the U.S. tax system in 2010 and the years that follow? Either way, it is imperative that practitioners take an immediate and fresh look at traditional year-end planning for clients and learn about new strategies for clients in light of recent developments.

This convenient and timely two-hour audio seminar on Thursday, November 5, will provide a practical refresher on traditional year-end approaches and offer suggestions on new ideas that have arisen this year — including planning strategies in light of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act and the potential return to pre-EGTRRA 2001 rates. Presented by noted tax and estate planner, author and educator, Steven G. Siegel, J.D., LL.M., this insightful program will walk you through a checklist of tax savings opportunities that you can bring to your clients to potentially reduce their tax burdens this year and going into 2010. Siegel, an outstanding speaker and presenter, will provide helpful tips and practical suggestions for both individuals and small businesses, so you can advise your clients with confidence given the special urgency to act in light of next year’s uncertainty. Time will be provided to ask questions directly to Mr. Siegel via phone or e-mail during the program.
